Kaiboer (开博尔) is one of the largest TV box brands in China, we reported earlier on their latest models based on a new 64-bit quad-core solution from Mstar the (MSO9180D1R).
Kaiboer will start selling the Kaiboer F5 for as low as 399 CNY (64 USD) at limited stock. At this price point its about half of the price for a quad-core Amlogic S802 TV device.
The Kaiboer F5 is powered by quad-core Mstar CPU, with 2GB of RAM and 8GB of falsh storage. It features two USD 2.0 ports and one USB 3.0 port, dual WiFi antennas, microSD card slot, LAN port, optical out, HDMI in and HDMI out.
The Kaiboer F5 support hardware H.265 4K decoding, real 4K output and 3D games, the device is running a custom version of Android 4.3 called KIUI7.
