Redmi MAX TV 86” Overview Features
MAX TV 86″ is equipped with an LED-backlit LCD panel with a resolution of 4K (3840 x 2160) with a refresh rate of 120Hz. This is a novelty compared to the Smart TV MAX 98″ because that model lacked high refreshment, it only had MEMC technology onboard (just like the latest proposal).
Viewing angles reach 178 degrees, and the screen in the 86-inch TV is characterized by 10-bit color depth, 92% coverage of DCI-P3 space, and wide support for HDR formats: HDR10, HDR10 +, HLG, and Dolby Vision.
A few details from the specification
Redmi MAX TV 86″ is powered by an ARM Cortex-A73 quad-core processor and ARM Mali-G52 MC1 graphics with 2GB of RAM. 32GB of disk space is provided for user data. Onboard, the manufacturer installed the proprietary MIUI TV software version 3.0. The sound distribution is handled by a system consisting of two speakers offering a power of 25W. This system supports Dolby Atmos and DTS-HD.
Players will surely enjoy the presence of the HDMI 2.1 port with full support for this standard. So we have support for 4K120 signals and VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) and ALLM (Auto Low Latency Mode) technologies. This means that, in theory, the new 86″ Smart TV from Redmi is a great proposition for the next generation of consoles: PS5 and Xbox Series X / S!
