Finally NVIDIA released SHIELD Experience Upgrade 9.0.1 for Shield TV devices. This important (and long-awaited) update for users bringing fixes for Plex media server and other apps that use external storage which had been broken by the update to Android 11.
As you remember, SHIELD Experience 9.0 upgrade brings Android 11 TV operating system to Shield TV devices. There was no end to delights.
As it turned out later, the update hit the owners of Shield and Shield Pro streaming devices. Mainly due to Plex media server not working, and other problems. However, it seems that the problem has been fixed and the new 9.0.1 update brings a lot of anticipated improvements and fixes. Not only for Plex media server. Full changelog below.
