Minisforum announced MC560 Mini PC last December. This is the first mini PC of the Mars series. Not so long ago, the Minisforum Mars Series MC560 Mini PC went on sale. Unlike the previous versions, the MC560 updates the CPU from Ryzen 5 5600U to Ryzen 5 5625U. It has 6 cores and 12 threads and is based on the Zen 3 architecture. The base clock is 2.3 GHz and can be increased up to 4.3 GHz. The chip is manufactured in the 7nm TSMC process.
Availability and price
Minisforum MC560 Ryzen 5 5625U Mini PC is available from the Official Minisforum store for $399 (16GB RAM+512GB SSD). Besides, MC560 is also available with 32GB RAM and 512GB SSD storage for $458.
Minisforum’s Mars Series MC560 Mini PC Details
Minisforum MC560 Mini PC has a 2.5K webcam with HDR support and a 93.8-degree field of view. The adjustable base offers a 10°tilt change to the view. With the help of 4Ω/3W dual independent speaker design, the maximum sound distortion does not exceed 5%, reflecting authentic human voice. The microphone uses the MEMS dual array with an independent DSP chip for assistance. Combined with the AI intelligence algorithm, it can not only suppress reverberation, and intelligently recognize the human voice, but also eliminate environmental noise, thereby accurately restoring human voice.
The Mars Series MC560 is only 4.2 x 2.7x 6.0 inches big. It supports up to 64GB of DDR4-3200 memory and a M.2 slot for PCIe 3.0 NVME SSDs storage. Wi-Fi 6 connectivity is provided through a pre-installed M.2 card. By the way, MC560 supports 4K@60Hz dual display via HDMI 2.0 and USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-C port.
