Soon MECOOL brand will introduce another 4K Streaming devices to the market. The MECOOL KM7 is a new Google Certified Android 11 TV Box, this time powered by the S905Y4 SoC supports AV1 codec. KM7 Android TV Box is not the only TV Box that will have Amlogic S905Y4 SoC on board. Coming soon, MECOOL KD2 Android 11 S905Y4 TV Dongle will also be released.
As mentioned, the new MECOOL KM7 will be powered by Amlogic S905Y4 which supports 4K AV1 decoding. Additionally, two versions of the configuration: 2GB RAM and 16GB eMMC, and 4GB RAM and 32GB eMMC will be available.
Availability and price
MECOOL KM7 with 2GB RAM / 16GB eMMC can be found in the Official Store on Aliexpress for $147.58. The KM7 with 4GB RAM and 64GB was priced at $172.19. We hope the price will drop.
