First impressions, overview of features
dodocool DA158 headphones are really well made and well designed. The design of the headphones catches the eye, and the quality of the materials used creates the impression that we are dealing with premium headphones. It is worth noting that the supplied rigid case provides secure storage (zippered EVA carrying bag) for headphones and also looks great. Holding the headphones in our hands we feel we are holding a decent product from the upper shelf, they really make an amazing impression. See the pictures below.
On the headphone, there is also a dodocool logo, the Hi-Res Audio logo (also known as High-definition audio or HD audio), so it’s another device in the rich dodocool’s portfolio of Hi-Res Audio devices. On the right earphone there are all function buttons and ports, exactly: Multifunction button, LED indicator, Volume up, Volume down, Micro USB port, Microphone, Audio line-in port, ANC microphone (also on left earphone), ANC LED indicator, ANC turn on/off.
dodocool DA158 Wireless Headphones have several features, one of the most interesting is Active Noise Cancelling (ANC). This functionality works very well is a big advantage of these headphones. How it’s working? dodocool DA158 have a dual ANC microphone. ANC technology gathers surrounding noises and intelligently produces opposing signal to eliminate up to 90% of ambient background noise around you. Whether on a plane, train or noisy street, it provides a listening experience free of distractions for you. When the headphone is fully charged, you could activate the ANC function in the wireless mode or the AUX-IN mode.
The headphones allow you to listen to audio wirelessly and wired through the AUX-IN port (3.5mm). Built-in battery is enough for about 14h. This headphone supports wired connections even when the battery level is low. (The AUX-IN mode would not be affected by the battery level). If you are using an iPhone, you can check the battery level of the headphones. The use of DA158 2-in-1 Wireless Headphones is a great thing. The headphones wears very comfortable, and sometimes you forget that you have it on your head. dodocool DA158 Headphones cover the ears well, and the sound coming from the headphones is unobjectionable. The combination of all tones is well balanced. Headphones have a great bass. The function buttons are well spaced and you can easily reach them whenever you want. You can easily to receive incoming calls (via multifunction button) and talk through built-in mcrophone.
