The Anker, through its Nebula brand, is to announce the new Nebula Cosmos Laser 4K projector on January 11th. It is not a 4K ultra short throw laser projector (the most common), but a portable projector with laser powered. It has ALPD 3.0 laser technology that can display 4K images at 2400 ANSI lumens.
The Anker sub-brand Nebula, which is recognizable for its portable projectors, introduces another larger projector than the Nebula Capsule. Interestingly, this portable projector will be powered by a ALPD laser with 6000 Lumens (light source brightness) / 2400 ANSI Lumens.
Nebula Cosmos Laser 4K (and possibly Cosmos Laser Full HD version) new projector runs Android TV 10.0. Has built-in Chromecast and Google Assistant. In addition to displaying 150-inch image in 4K resolution, the device will support Prime Video and other streaming services. Apart from Netflix, which is always a problem if the device is not Netflix certified. However, with the projector comes a solution for Netflix, access with included 4K streaming dongle.
In addition, the new Neula Cosmos Laser projector is to support Auto Keystone Correction, Seamless Autofocus, Dolby Audio, and HDR10. The laser-powered Nebula’s projector has a handle for easy carrying and a built-in a pair of 30W speakers. More on the Nebula’s product page.
