[dropcap]F[/dropcap]inally, 42-inch LG C2 OLED TV model named LG OLED42C24LA is available for pre-order now. As you know LG OLED42C24LA is the world’s first OLED TV to feature a 42-inch display. So far, the smallest OLED TV in LG’s portfolio had 48-inches. Despite the small difference of 6 inches, a smaller screen can tempt more people looking for a gaming monitor. In contrast, the price of the new 42-inch C2 OLED TV may discourage you from buying, as the LG OLED42C24LA costs the same as the 48-inch OLED48C24LA.
The first mentions of the LG 42-inch OLED TV from the new C2 series appeared at the end of November 2021. Compared to the C1 series, the new C2 series boasts a brighter OLED ‘Evo’ panel that should deliver an even better picture. In addition, the smaller OLED panel could encourage people looking for a desktop gaming monitor, or people who do not need a matrix as large as 48-inches. By the way, besides the 42-inch LG will also sell the C2 OLED series in 48, 55, 65, 77, and 83-inch screen sizes.
