Rockchip one of the major chip manufacturers, is not lagging behind and at CES 2016 showed new SoC models support 4K 10-bit H.265 video playback. The most famous and latest SoC from Rockchip is RK3368, who had a chance to meet in the TV Boxes like GeekBox, UGOOS UT4, ZIDOO X6 Pro and more. However, Rockhip expands its portfolio and introduces two new chips: Rockchip RK3229 quad core Cortex A7 and Rockchip RK3399 hexa core Cortex A72/A53.
